The countdown begins

My last day at work is October 14th. :-)

I gave in my 2 weeks' notice on Thursday and since I have already finished my project, and they're not going to assign anything new, I have NOTHING to do at work. Beautiful.

The only problem is, I still feel compelled to make myself look busy. I have a few books to read...I could bring them to work, but I don't want to be too obvious (even though everyone already knows).

I also can't surf the net :-(. I think I'll be taking extended lunches for a while.

I also need to plan my vacation. I've been seriously contemplating Vegas....but there's also a friend who's living in Japan right now and it would be really cool to go visit her. Hmmm...

Blogger Dee's two cents:

You should go to Japan. The next time you get vacation, you might not be able to stay for free.

Blogger Dee's two cents:

isn't the countdown over yet?
