Things that make you go hmmm....
Moving right along...my friend D and I had an interesting discussion last night and I'm curious to find out what other people think. In a nutshell, many people we know (mainly older women) subscribe to the notion that in order for a relationship to be successful, the man should have stronger feelings than the woman.
I've heard this for as long as I can remember, but honestly I'm still in denial about it. Even though my own experiences seem to indicate that it's true, I'm reluctant to adopt it. I haven't met a single guy who says "yes, I want to care more than the object of my affection", but I guess actions speak louder than words. What do you think?

The Coach's two cents:
I can't believe that Tyra did that to homegirl. Why must women be so emotional. Was it really a major deal that shorty did not cry when she lost.
Anyway, I do believe that a man must have stronger feelings for their women. However, it must go unspoken. By nature, men seem more willing to take, take, take than women. Therefore, if the man is more smitten, you'll likely see more give and less take.
Does that make sense?

Ananse's Web's two cents:
I got new respect for Tyra, I know that much...She put it out there! Actions do speak louder than words but when a man is feeling you....it shows. I think the reason that is, if a guy likes someone they do it big, they will do what they have to do and that will be apparent. A slacker on the other hand who likes you and doesn't want to commit but wants to hold you up...then his actions will show as well but not the way the other man who is feeling you more will. Does that make sense?
